When Will Phone Lines Open?

I need to contact Disney about reservation errors and party tickets. I've been calling for 2 hours but the call center is still closed. When will it open?

The call center is in Celebration and may have line issues. It is not known when it will be staffed and operational yet, I don't think.

Just finally got through to the call center, had to call a few times because the lines were busy. Says current wait times are over 60 minutes for ticketing, we will see I guess; I had to wait 6 hours to change my reservation on the 7th. Hopefully it won't be quite so long this time, I don't how many more times I can stand to hear a pirates life for me...
ETA: Made it through after 1 hr 18 minutes if anyone wants to know.

I wish the automated payment system would work, have a room only reservation and "make a payment" says I need to speak with someone before even asking for reservation #, etc.

It must be different for room-only vs. packages. We have a package for Nov, and I made a payment on our trip on MDE website with no problem...though this was on Sept 7, which of course was before the hurricane. Can anyone shed some light on this?
