when will magic mornings for July be announced?

This is my first time to Disneyland and our 5 day passes include 1 Magic Morning entry. When will Disney announce the dates so that I can plan the day we use it?

Usually Magic Mornings are on all T and S days. So Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. It has been that way for at least 4 years now.

Correct. I will add as well that usually Disneyland opens at 8 AM each day in July, so you can expect your MM hour to start at 7 AM.
