When will Kidani be fully operational?

Does anybody know when Kidani will be fully operational and all rooms available? Just curious. We'll be there next month so I'm wondering if it will be a lot busier than members are reporting now.

All rooms will be complete by September. But rooms are not accessible by members until the points are sold. Probably be a lot of rooms available for cash bookings via CRO. Could see them used for free upgrades in the future. Disney did this with SSR under similar circumstances a couple years ago.

They use the cash bookings to pay off the construction costs.
