When will I get my modification letter??

I talked to disneyland yesterday, and made a change in my booking.... But still haven`t gotten the new papers with the change... How long do I have to wait??? :S Tomorrow?

It could be within a day, it could be 2 or 3 days, before you get your modification email. Nothing to worry about though unless you don't get it after that

I have changed or added really, things to our booking a few times & it has taken 24 to 48 hours generally, once it took several days so I called and they resent it & I got two then as the original came through too.

Okey, thats good to hear... I`m not a patient person at all.. I just want It now, so I can print it out and have it all ready for our trip... But I`ll just have to wait then.

When we changed something on our booking we didn't get an e-mail after 2 weeks so called them, they resent one which I received 24 hours after the call.

Just to let you know, I did a change to my booking yesterday morning and I have just received the e mail confirming the change.

But, I requested that our two rooms, seperate bookings at the same hotel should be as near as possible to each other... Why isn`t this written on the modification papers? Hm...

My requests werent either - I ahev asked this before I think they log requests into the system but it doesnt show up on you paper work fro soem reason.

Everytime i changed or upgraded my booking i got a letter stating the changes within 10 days.

Requests for rooms near each other are not guaranteed, thats why they don't show on your booking paperwork, especially if the paperwork is for 2 separate bookings.

I phoned our hotel to make a request for adjoining rooms from 2 separate bookings, and this was honoured no problem at all (at both the original hotel I was booked into, the Santa Fe, and the Newport Bay Club, where we were upgraded to).
