When Will Documents Arrive?

We purchased DVC while at Disney last month. We chose to obtain our own financing at 5.9% vs Disney's 10.25%. Today Disney received our payment via FedEx, so our contracts are paid in full.

When should we expect to receive our documents, and what exactly will they send? The deeds, I presume, but I'm not sure what else. Also we still have our temporary member cards. When should our blue permanent cards arrive? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Oh, and we did call our guide with these questions. He isn't good with returning calls. Not impressed.

Change Guides and contact the DVC Quality Team. Their contact info should be in your paperwork from Disney.

Where is your home resort?? It took us about a month to close and we got some kind of minimal notification about that...

Just to update... our guide finally called us back 3 days after DH left him a voicemail mesage. We closed this past Tuesday and he said we'll get copies of all of our documents and member cards in about 30 days. Our deed will take about 90 days.
