When will DL update fireworks schedule?

We have 12 days left before we leave and still no update on fireworks schedule. I have read the thread discussing the new halloween fireworks, but I'm just wondering when to expect the schedule to update and reflect this?? Considering the nights we are there are shortened hours with the parks closing at 8:00pm, I can't imagine when they would do the fireworks. Is it possible they will still extend the park hours? I know, I know, I'm just as anxious about the new nightly fireworks as the rest of you visiting during Halloween, It just seems odd to me that they haven't updated this info yet

During the Christmas holiday season when the park closes at 8 p.m., the fireworks are right before closing at 7:45, so it seems that the Halloween fireworks would also be at that time.

I think it's weird too, but considering that they *just* put up some nice AP rates for October, they are obviously running rather late this year.

It gets dark early that time of year, so they can do fireworks much much earlier than is needed in the summer.

I have one later night already planned for Fantasmic. It would be nice to see how the fireworks fold into that, and whether we can do them another night if not too late. With the park open until 9, it would be nice if they don't wait until 8:45 ...

When they do finally post the times, I'm sure it will be on the DIS ASAP, if everyone is checking as obsessively as I am!

Thanks! That at least gives me some kind of idea of how they run early fireworks.

But I agree, We want times!!! Apparantly they must be running late, I take it this isn't the norm for their scheduling?!

I have been waiting for this too. I wonder if there is another reason besides being behind that they have not scheduled them. After summer nighttastic, maybe they did not want another Murphy to happen.

I booked the Happiest Haunts tour (includes seating for fireworks) for Sept 26th and was told the fireworks would be at 9:25pm.

What I read on another site is that on nights when the park closes at 8:00, fireworks will be at 7:45 and all other nights they will be at 9:25.

This is from a good site, in fact this is where I learned last week fireworks would run every night during Halloween season. Since that panned out, I am going to assume that above time info is accurate as well!

OK, so what about the nights the park closes at 9 pm (at least six weeknights in October)?

I've been debating calling Disney, but I'm not sure they'll have a firm answer, and I'm already feeling a mite obsessive-compulsive about this!
