When will Deals and Discounts be released for fall/winter?

We are looking at the second week of December but are waiting to see if they offer Free Dining or Kids Play Free or anything. When will deals be released (if any)?

Is there a way for us to go ahead and book now and change to the promotion once its released? If so, how would that work exactly?

I expect to see fall rates released after the current round of discounts expire (probably early May). Winter will be much later. Probably not until August or Sept.
