When will 2016 bounce back rates be available?

Is there a specific time each year when bounceback offers start for the following year? Last year I got a bounceback for this fall in November. This year we are traveling in October so I was hoping the 2016 offers will be out by then.

The 2015 Bounceback RO discount was available when we were there Oct 22, 2014. We are hoping that the 2016 BB is available this Oct 21st.

They are in the Be Our Guest book that is laying on the desk of the resort room. They are sometimes missing and if there isn't one then you should call extension 8844 from your room phone to inquire about the available offers. In the past they used to be a flyer in the room, but they have been inserting them in the information booklets for at least a couple years now.
