When will 2012 room reservations open?

I'm super excited that I'll be going on the Dream in May 2012 and can't wait to book my pre-cruise hotel. Does anyone know when the 2012 reservations will be available? Thanks!

Usually early August is when bookings open up for the following year. Technically I think you can book now but will be subject to a rate adjustment when they set the 2012 rates for your dates.

You can make 2012 reservations right now, however you will be charged the highest amount possible for the room category of your resort. Although once the 2012 rates sometime during mid August your rate will then be adjusted for the time of year you will be at WDW.

Do you have to call to make reservations for 2012? I tried to online and it didn't let me. Looking at Feb 2012 for a few days before our cruise.

Yes - at this point you need to book by phone. Once the packages are released for 2012, you'll be able to book online.

You should be able to book a room only now for 2012.
However if you want a package, my suggestion is just wait.
