Spring is not the usual time for Free Dining, although I was surprised this year by the PIN code offer of free dining over some summer dates. They typically use free dining to draw people in during late summer-early fall--peak hurricane season. And they have been triming away at free dining for the last two years, continually taking away more perks/items, and adding more restrictions and costs. Also, the last quarterly earnings report was looking better then it has, and there was significant mention by Disney exec's concerning the reduction of discounts going forward, and a very strong desire to limit them as much as possible. I certainly love free dining and am not sure if I would go if it wasn't offered, I believe if it is offered for 2012, it will be for a very very small period, and very restrictive. JMHO.
