When I went on the Mousefest Cruise last December, their were several Mousefest meets. Mousefest included people from different websites.
1.- Although not onboard, but before boarding at checkin at the R.R. Fresh Gulf Steam Coffee Bar from 1030 to 1130 before boarding. It is on the right side of the entrance to gangway.
2.- On the same day, first day, after the safety drill at 1600, we had a bon voyage sailaway party on the tenth deck, midship, left side, facing the port. Deb Wills and Dave Marx brought bottles of bubbles for everyone, we saw the onboard party and singing below on the pool, and 1700 we watched as the Wonder left the port.
3.- On the first day, many of us meet in the Atrium Lobby of the Wonder on Deck three, midship to watch the Christmas Tree Lighting at 2000 before the 2030 Dinner. It was beautiful.
4.- On the second day, at 0715, Deb Wills had a sunrise walk. Everyone met at the 24 hour beverage center for coffee on Deck nine, aft, and then to Deck ten to walk a couple of labs.
5.- On second day, Dave Marx of
www.PassPorter.com lead a tour of Nassau from 1000 to 1230. Everyone met at 1000 outside the Walt Disney World theater on Deck four, forward.
6.- Although not onboard, on the third day, everyone met outside on
Castaway Cay at 1115 on the beach closest to the beach where they rent floats and vests and stuff. We took a great group picture of everyone with the Wonder in the background. Since everyone was allowed onshore at 0830, I still had time to sit on the beach and have a Konch Koler drink. It was a beautiful day.
7. On day three, at 2200, everyone meet at Wavebands for 70's night. The kids were in their clubs.
8. On the fourth day, I know that you want have Dr. Steve Barrett onboard, but we did. At 1600, he led a Hidden Mickey tour onboard the Wonder at 1600. He is the author of the "Hidden Mickeys" books.
I hope that you have a great DIS meet. If you are in WDW in December you might want to visit some meets that will be organizied. Here is a link for email notification and to see a photos of last year's Mousefest.
