I love that you take the time to do this! Thank you. I read the Island Packet online most days, but this is so handy. We'll be on the Island with one daughter and the DGC the last full week in March. I'm looking forward to warmer weather and some plants in bloom. Although I can't complain about the weather in Indiana this winter.

Thanks Doc. How far in advance are these events announced/come out? I am planning on booking for next March 2013 - would love to try for their F & W. I wonder if dates are more or less the same 3/5-10.

Thank you again.

True that the IN winter was mild this year, but the weather in HH has also been above normal. We are at HH now with low 70's predicted for today. (It's already 63 at 8am!) Savannah is looking for low 80's today!!

Some of the programs have been scheduled for months (I'd assume the F&W is one of those) and some have just been put on the schedule in the last few weeks.

All credit for compliling the list goes to Jane Handley, a local HH realtor, who tries to send this out about the middle of the month prior. There is always something fun to look forward to at HH and March seems to be the big start each year as lots of families have discovered Hilton Head as a great destination for Spring Break.

Enjoy! :)

Should I be worried about booking here when my 7 month window opens up? (studio for 3/2013)

Should I be worried about booking here when my 7 month window opens up? (studio for 3/2013)

There are only 21 Studios, so they do go quickly at busy times. If you could use a 2BR there should be no problem right at 7 months but studios may be tough depending on the actual dates. Early March might be a little easier than mid-late in the month.

You'll never know until you call (or look online) however as the dynamics of the DVC reservation system change all the time.

Good luck! :)
