How much do you deduct for your clothes? I'm talking pants, undergarments, turtle neck & sweater?

I don't own a scale so when I do weigh myself it is usually at my Moms were I'm fully dressed.

And deductions help ;)

I wouldn't deduct anything. Just make sure to wear the same thing every time you get on the scale, that way you know how much you have LOST :thumbsup2 . Since you are not weighing in the same time, you are going to fluctuate (sometimes as much as 5 lbs  on any given day) anyway, so just take the clothes as part of that.

And at some point go and buy a cheap scale! ;)

I agrre with OP, buy a cheap scale. You can prolly get one at Walmart for $10 or so. I weigh myself, nude :scared1: first thing in the morning! So, I guess I can't amke any excuses for weight gain, huh?

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does this! And you're right. . .absolutely no excuses!!

I weigh with clothing, don't deduct. I just figure that it is ballpark I'm aiming toward at this point. I try to be consistent with the day and not with really heavy clothing. If I get on daily or other times, I'm definitely seeing that things sure do fluctuate!

Interesting replies. First, I take my actual weight (with clothes on), then I figure what I want to weigh and deduct whatever gets me to that weight. And I never feel guilty about what I eat. ;)

Seriously though, I weighed my self the other day with my work clothes on (slacks, polo shirt, watch, belt, socks, boxers & shoes), then weighed my self sans clothes and it was approx. 8 pounds difference.

I'm a first-thing-in-the-morning-totally-nude-after-i've-gone-to-the-bathroom weigher. Maybe tomorrow I'll weigh myself my normal way, get dressed for the day, and then reweigh myself with all of my clothes on and report back!

I have found through weighing myself with and without clothing that normal, inside type clothing without shoes will add about 3lbs or so to my weight. I am not counting the lab coat fully loaded I wear at work, and I simply remove my shoes when weighing.

I weight in NAKED! but i am home in my bathroom, by myself. I also weigh in first thing in the AM, after going to the bathroom.
