When was the last time you gave your home a proper makeover?

never, same tired old house since we bought 14 years ago, and wasnt' new then. only thing we've done is kitchen counters about 10 years ago. hopefully can at least get new carpet and paint soon.

Bathroom - 2 years ago.

Minor refresh for the living room a few months ago.

This past summer. New paint, new living room furniture, draperies, wall art and accessories. We completely changed the colour scheme, which was 8 years old and needed refreshing.

We've have only painted the outside.
Nothing inside other than replacing appliances.
We had it built so it is like we wanted it. Inside paint doesn't need it yet. Just 2 of us.

My husband and I redid our first house entirely, made a nice profit off of it and then bought our dream house. Our new one is about 20 years old and we’re fine with it. Most remodels are outdated within 5 years anyway. Not worth the time and money.

Our house was built 43 years ago. We have lived in it for 39 years. We did our first........and last......remodel in 2013-14. But it is a cookie cutter subdivision house. My parents bought a custom home. They never remodeled a thing in 53 years. No need to.
