When to visit DL and DCA June 16-June 29

I've read Hydro-Guy's Guide to AP Holders, but I still have a question for you HG (or anyone else who wants to chime in).

We will have 6 day park hoppers. We will also be doing Sea World, SDZoo, US, and two days at Legoland. We will be in Anaheim from June 16th - 28th (15th and 29th are travel days)

Should we visit DL/DCA one Wed, thurs, fri both weeks because of the APs? Since Mon and Tues are not blackout dates I assume they will they be busier. Will both Sat.s be slower (because all APs are blocked even the Deluxe) or does the simple fact that it is Sat make to busier than other days?

I would simply think of the entertainment you want to see, know that weekends are busier than weekdays, and just go from there. Get a good plan of attack, be there EARLY, get fast passes. And that's it.

Oh, and drink LOTS of water. We went in June last year and I didn't drink enough water.

So that's my advice. But then I don't fear the AP stuff, mainly because I was an AP holder, and I'd rather have scads of "me" running around than scads of, say, my clueless brother and his wife, who REFUSE to buy APs, don't plan, rarely go, and stop to look at maps when given a moment's chance.

IMO blocked out Sat is far preferable to the non-blocked weekdays during that time. Other times of year I would not necessarily say that. But June will be really busy this year.

So I would go for Fridays and Saturdays during that time, and then either Thursday or Sunday based on whether grad nights are an issue for you.
