When to request?

We will be staying at BC in September with our 2 grandchildren (at the time of travel 7 months and 21 months) This is our first time dealing with a travel agent and we are totally use to handling things ourselves. I had asked if we should put in a request for pack n plays now or wait until online checkin? Does BC have pack n plays or are they cribs? I believe i have seen a picture that looks like cribs(Could totally be wrong here)

You can request one right now or wait until online check-in. When my daughter was still in a crib I requested one when making our reservations save for one time when I completely forgot until we were physically checking in at CR. They had one sent to my room 20 minutes after we got there. The standard and most popular option is a Graco pack 'n play though I do know that Disney has (or had; I haven't seen mention of them in a while) those white institutional steel cribs. There are/were very limited numbers of them, though.

I could be wrong but I think pack and plays, even if you note a need for one in advance, need to be re-requested on-site during check in.

We have been to DVC resorts that have them in the room if you want them or not.

You can call the main number and have it added to your ressie now, along with any other requests (such as location). They will have the pnp, but you may or may not get your other requests. While I am sure you could get one even at checkin, if you already have it on your reservation, they will have it set up in your room upon arrival.
