When to request CBR building?

Can I make a building request now (not preferred), or just upon check in?

You can call and have your request added to your reservation or just ask when you get there.

I may any requests prior to arrival. While Disney won't guarantee that your requests will be honored, I feel like the earlier I make my request, the more likely I am to get what I want.
