If you noticed something about your spouse that you think they would like to correct if they were aware about it when would you tell them?

Case: You notice your wifes upper lip hair is getting darker and a little long. Would you wait till you were just about to go out to a nice sit down dinner and randomly tell her you might want to take care of that or would you wait till you were at a drug store, or maybe just some random time?
Btw this is not something she has taken care of in the past so she possibly doesn't have the supplies to do anything about it before she goes out, besides pluck. (and if you suggest that I dare you to try it).

If he just sprung it on you like that before dinner, I'd be ticked too. I think I would've said something like "You might want to take care of your little problem before crawling into bed with me again". Let him ponder that for awhile.

I got really mad at him when it happened, then sulked for about five minutes till he got pissed I was mad and stormed off and isn't speaking to me atm otherwise I would be out enjoying my dinner.(and yes I've appologized for flying off the handle at him for the orginial comment, because, honestly, I didn't take it very gracefully),
