When to order from GardenGrocer?

We are heading down to Disney next Wednesday and I wanted to place an order with Gardengrocer.com, but how early can you order from them? I just wanted to be able to order and cross that off my list of things to do before we leave!!!

I ordered two weeks prior to my arrival date of Aug 13. When speaking to a rep from Garden Grocer, they indicated that the sooner the better that way it gives them plenty of time!
