How far in advance do you need to make reservations for a towncar? We are arriving Oct. 31. Do they get so booked up that you might not get one if you wait until a month or so before your arrival date?
Thanks for your help.

You could do it now. What service are you planning on using?

I haven't decided for sure yet which one to use. I used Tiffany Towncars in 2000 and was very happy with their service, so I will probably use them again.
I didn't do a grocery stop in 2000 but I want to do that is time. From what I have read on these boards that is a free "perk" that most of them do.
I just worry that if I do it too far in advance they will lose my reservation. But, I guess I could go ahead and make them now and just check on them a couple weeks prior to leaving...What do you think?
Thanks for the help...

As long as your flight plans are solid and you know the details of your roundtrip (time to drop off and pick up), I'd go for it. All their reservations are computerized, they won't lose it. I confirm a few weeks in advance, then always the day before.

I would book it now, also, if you have all your flight arrangements made. I already booked our car for our trip, arriving on October 31, also! I always book when I make our flight plans...if the price goes up, which it usually does, we pay the cheaper price quoted.
