When to make PS for Wolfgang Puck Cafe?

I am confused about when I can make a PS for Wolfgang Puck Cafe. The PS report shows that I can make it at 60 days. I called WDW Dining this morning because I am now within the 90 day window for restaurants that I was waiting for the 60 day window for. When I asked about Wolfgang Puck Cafe I was instructed to call them directly. So I just got off the phone with someone directly at WP, and she said they took reservations 2 weeks in advance for the cafe. So now I'm confused! I know I had a PS for our meal there last year, but I don't remember making it. Does anyone know for sure?

From what I have heard you can only make a PS for Wolfgang Puck cafe 2 weeks in advance by calling the restaurant directly. Also they do not take reservations for dinner b/w 6 and 9 pm I believe. It is walk up only for those times. Wolfgang Puck upstairs takes reservations through Disney Dining which can be done at the 90 day mark now.

Thanks for the help, honeymo78, although I'm still confused because I'm almost positive our PS were for 7:00 on our last trip. Oh well, I guess I'll call at two weeks out and see what they have to say then. Either way, I'm sure I won't go hungry

Since the restaurant takes the reservations itself the policy surely is more flexible and they may or may not take reservations for a certain time. Good luck and let us know how your meal is. I ate there for lunch 2 years ago and it was great. I won't be back this time only because there are some new places we are trying.

Sorry about this. Since Wolfgang Puck's is not a Disney owned restaurant, they tend to use the Disney lingo but follow their own rules.

Many of the DTD restaurants you have to call directly. I did not know the upstairs (read, $$$) could be done through WDW Dining at the 90 day mark. I will have to update my information. Thanks, honeymo78.

Last year I did make a PS at Wolfgang Puck's Express for 8pm so I think they do take them between 6pm and 9pm. However, I had made the PS in person that afternoon.
