When to leave AKL for MK ADR?

We will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge next month and have an 8:05am ADR at the Crystal Palace. We will have a car. The Magic Kingdom opens with early entry at 8:30am, so after our ADR is scheduled. Questions:

When should we plan to leave AKL to drive over to the TTC?

When should the ferry boats and monorail start operating?

Once we get over to the main entrance gate, which should be before early entry actually begins, where do we go to get earlier access for our ADR?

TTC parking will open at 7:30AM or a bit earlier. I would recommend leaning your resort parking lot at 7AM.

Once they open the TTC parking lot, monorail and ferry transportation will be operating.

There is no longer early entrance to the MK for ADRs. You will be able to enter at the same time access to the park is granted to all guests. Guests will be allowed as far as the hub where ETPE will begin at 8:30. Once you enter the MK make your way down Main Street and veer to your left at Casey’s for your ADR.

So, if ETPE is scheduled for 8:30am, when should the actual front gates open to access Main Street and up to the hub? Perhaps that "up to the hub" access begins at 8am and includes getting over to CP for our 8:05am early breakfast ADR.

It can change from day to day so there's no actual 'time' it will open. It should give you enough time to get to your ADR though. Guessing it will be around 8:00 but can fluctuate by a few minutes either way. Everyone will be in the same boat you are.
