When to go where? 3 day weekend in June

We are going to be there June 9-15 but we will only be able to go to the parks 10th-12th (sat, sun & mon) because of a conference DH is going to (although we get to stay at CSR for free!!!!) We have been many times & this time are going to focus on MK, Epcot & BB. Epcot EE is on Sunday, so I was planning on going then, but should we do MK on Sat or Mon? Neither is my first pick but this is all I have to work with.

I would suggest you check out touring plans.com or Tourguide Mike. Because you are going in the summer it will be busy and you should have a good plan before going. Touring plans will give you a general list of what parks which day but both require to a pay a little fee to get the best planning tips.
