When to go to Disneyland - help me decide

we have a choice of 4 options. On all 3 options we will be going and staying Saturday and probably Sunday at the holiday inn express and then following it up with 4 nights at the Grand Californian. Our plan is to drive in on Saturday from Northern California and spend Sunday - Thursday in the parks. we might swing in for a couple of hours on Friday before we drive home. we are a family of 3 with 2 adults and a 5 year old


Our date choices are as follows:

April 28-May 4th - Slightly better hours - a few more things are closed

May 19-25th - Railroad reopened but new Tom sawyers island likely closed

Memorial Day Week - May 26-june 1 - high crowds Sunay and Monday but better hours and parades/fireworks

June 2-8th

we are torn between least crowded and more things to do and see with longer hours.

Please help me decide

Well the rumor is the park will open and close very early on May 19th for Pirates Premier so I would not to that day at all.
I think you should go June 2-8 after memorial day weekend but before school gets out.

I would agree and say June 2-8th. But for all of your dates, you'll have plenty of time to do most things you want even if there are crowds.

I think the Apr 28th or Jun 2nd dates will be better then around Memorial Day.
