Im trying to decide what months to go next year, i really want to go for my Birthday again even tho is January its SOOOO cold :lmao:

Then i was thinking of July or middle of September.
I really want to go and see the fireworks which is why im thinking of July. What date in July does the Summer season etc start?

So many decisions...I'm buying my Dream AP when i go in September so i want to make good use of it next year. I will prob take Kyra for a day trip in October for her 3rd Birthday so i can purchase a AP for her aswell.

I think im just rambling now. Maybe i need professional help :lmao:

I best get onto Ebay :surfweb: , i need to fund my Disney addiction somehow :rotfl:

When do the children break up? I want to try and go in the Summer when its the less busiest.

Also will i only get a room only rate quote when i purchase my AP, was planning on ringing to try and get a quote that i could work with for January.

I have never been in Summer but i take for granted there are not *quiet* moment in July and August.
Italian kids are off school from June 7th to Sept 15th (yes a VERY long time lol) and most of the families have holidays in July-August (big firms close in August usually)and i too have a few friends planning for those months.

September is quieter but last year we had no chance to see fireworks or Electrical Parade.
It is difficult to give advices i think :confused3

Woah thats a long holiday for Italian kids

Im kinda guessing its going to busy, but i really want to see the fireworks and parade. Prob only go 2 nights and 3 days.
When does the Summer season end?

Summer season usually ends last week Aug/early Sep. The advantage of a very busy time is that the parks are open much later - often til 11pm.
Get in there early for EMH, then have time away from the parks in the afternoon when they are busiest then head back in again late pm when crowds are starting to die down a bit.

Thanks for that girlies, deffo going to go during the Summer. Lets just hope they keep EMH on after the 15th anniversary ends next March otherwise i may have to rethink my options lol.

I'd vote for early July. You benefit from stay being priced from the date you arrive. As you've hinted at then you can enjoy the longer park hours and fireworks :)

Thanks Reid, deffo going to go for early July, probably 2nd week. Hopefully room only rates will be a alright price :goodvibes

If you are definitely going to go for a day trip for Kyra's birthday in October you would be better waiting until then to buy your AP as you will get Kyra's free, the child-free offer is on until 7th November. :)

Ah, yes...good idea :goodvibes Thanks for that, that will save me ALOT of money

Does the park stay open late in early July now? When we went in July 2006 we were initially booked for the second week in July but then found out the park closed at 8pm so we booked for late July when it was open till 11pm as those hours didn't start until something like the 23rd July that year.

As for quiet times in late July - we've been three times in late July and found the crowds very manageable.

Just been looking at the calender and the park stays open from the 5th onwards i think.

Im looking at the January dates now and im SO TEMPTED TO BOOK, without the AP's lol. might work out cheaper as its one night free. ooooh decisions, decisions lol!

Is the 5th of January busy? im hoping to get there before they take down the xmas decorations?

Hi

I'm planning to take my niece next year for her 5th birthday and was wondering if the last 2 weeks in June are OK both for weather and crowds?

Also I want to stay onsite but as my mum, my sister and my niece will be going (sister and niece can share a double but I don't want to share with my mum) I'm trying to find a room/suite that has a 2 doubles or double and bunks as well as a sofabed in the lounge. Can anyone advise (other than Davy Crockett as won't have a car)?

Many thanks.

Evelyn

The Explorers Hotel with the cabin room might be just what you are looking for :)
