When to go--April 2008??

We would love to go back in April of 2008 when our dd is off from school. We are trying to figure out when Spring Break is for the rest of the country. Easter is early next year (in March) but Passover is late--appx 4/20...anyone know when their spring break is for 2008 yet?

Ours (CT), is week of April 13th, 2008. I have also read on other boards of MA, and parts of NY that also have the same week off.

You can pretty much rest assured that someone is on spring break every week from about mid-March through April. I highly doubt you will find a week in that time period where no school district is off. It's a busy time all around. Try to avoid Easter if possible.

We've been at various times in April and Dallas Lady is right, its always someone's spring break in April.

We are arriving at WDW on Fri April 27 and luckily just missed all the grad night parties at MK...the last one is Sat April 28. We wont' be at the park that day and hopefully by Monday those groups will be all cleared out. I noticed that Touring plans had crowds at a high level on the Thursdays before Grad Night weekends. Probably people arrive early to spend a long weekend. April 18, 19, 25, 26 are the dates for 2008, if you want to avoid all the extra "high school" kids. From what I understand they are in MK form 10pm-4am. I bet not many of them are up to another park the next day.

I can tell you ours in CT starts Monday (OK Saturday) but the town just south of me is this week.

So either the 2nd or 3rd week of April for next year.

My sister went the last week of March (took her kids out of school for a few days) & she said it wasn't crowded but a mom from my ds's preschool went last week & she said it was so crowded she mainly stayed at the pool.
