When to contact POly Concierge?

Our trip is approaching 120 days out. I would like them to "attempt" to get some of the harder ps's...like CRT, Pirate cruise, etc.

When should I send off an email?

if no one is able to helpfully respond, I would call and ask when. I would imagine the sooner the better. However, if they have to wait for the 90day mark, I'm sure they do, counting on them to hold your info, keep up with the 90 day mark and call would have me on pins and needles.

We contacted the planning staff approx 100 days prior to our trip. I wanted to outline our requests/desires for PS before the 90 day mark so we were all on the same page. Go ahead and email them: WDW.Polynesian.Island.Planning.Office@disney.com

I'm with Catnik, I left a message with the Poly Concierge Planning about 95 days out and they called me right back and we spoke about the things we wanted to do. After they got the PSs they e-mailed me all the confirmation numbers.

Poly Concierge is the best and Marilyn is fantastic!

Sounds good. Looks like there is nothing you can booked anymore at 120 days so I guess I will wait til about 100 days.

I still have to tell my dd(5) that we're going so I can get a feel for things she might want to do...tea party, pirate cruise, etc.

The Poly concierge sent me a form at about 105 days out! I filled it out with my requests, and mailed it back to them. They then called me to give them a credit card # for some of our PSs!
They are wonderful! We got an Illuminations cruise booked, Cinderella's Breakfast, Fantasmic package as well as all our others PSs! This is the 1st time that I have handed over the power to another person! I feel confident about our upcoming August stay at the Poly!
P.S. Marilyn was sooo nice!
