when to check in when to check out????

I am going to Disney & Universal on 4/23/05, doing Disney parks 24-26, and universal 27 & 28. Do I check out of the Disney resort on 26, or do check out on the 27 morning. Checking out on the 27th morning,means checking in to the hard rock hotel, and then proceeding to the parks. This is my preference, but is it possible? I know my room will not be ready, but will I still be able to get a front of the line access? Any suggestions?

You can check in at HRH very early in the morning. I have read reports here of people checking in as early as 7:00am. I have personally checked in as early as 9:00am. Even if your room isn't ready, you will be given room keys which are your FOTL pass. They are good from the time you check in until park closing on the day you check out. If the room is not ready when you check in, you will be given the key cards and a number to call to check on when your room is ready. They will tell you your room number over the phone. You may even get lucky and your room be ready when you check in that morning. I have had that happen twice.

It depends on which WDW Resort but should be about 20 minutes away in the morning.

Depends on the day and how busy they are. We checked in at 10am on Dec 22nd and our room was ready for us!
