When to buy an AP

DD20 (Wishspirit) and I are going on our first mom and daughter trip in September. I have an AP from last year. She wants to buy an AP as she is going with me this year (8 days) and with her boyfriend (14 days in June 2010). I am a DVC member so immediate family living at the same address (her main address is with us, uni during term time) get $100 off.

My question is (and I really think I should know this, but I don't!) can she buy her AP now over the phone through MS and pick it up when we get there, thereby buying her AP before a price rise in August? Or does she have to wait to show her ID (ie a driving licence with her address on to prove she lives with us) when we go in September?

Can prebuy with DVC discount and obviously collect when you get there as need to show ID, ie driving licence with same address as DVC member.
