When to book for August 2002?

Already working on 4 days HRH and 6 days Disney's PO for late August. I know to book Disney in January when Value Season rates come out.... my question is how far in advance should I book HRH? I'm thinking I can't call until August to book a year in advance but if it's booking so quickly should I try it???? Thanks...
