Headed to WDW in mid November. The parks will be opening at 9 all the days we are there. What times would you start your fast passes? I was thinking 10:15-11:15? Is the first hour manageable in all rides without a FP when it's not the busiest time of year?

I normily book my first FP starting between 10:30 and 11

The first 60-90 minutes most ( not all) rides are walk on or close to it

It will depend on the park and the ride. Tiered parks it is more important to book earlier. That way you may have a chance of getting a second tier one FP+ on the same day.
