I am going on my first Disney Cruise in February with my daughter, son-in-law and 4 year old grandson. I have booked a Concierge Room and understand that I may begin booking activities 120 days out. My question is: where do I find out what things are available to book and when? Thanks!

Will there be a list somewhere of activities (i.e., mixology classes, wine tastings, etc.) that are going to be available on the cruise before the 125 days?

You can ask concierge at 125 dates they will inform you, but you can google " navigators " the ship activities newspaper for cruises in your ship and cruise. Looking at last ones give a good indication.

Joining a cruise meets group for your cruise and discussing also helps as others may have been in that cruise before. Also reading trip reports.

The main DCL page lists the excursions (port adventures) they offer. The actual offerings for your cruise may vary slightly, but this will give you a good sense of what is available. If your cruise includes a visit to Castaway Cay, you may want to reserve a cabana and shoreside can do that for you. There are not many cabanas, and they sell out on almost every cruise, so if this is a priority, make sure and request it prior to when the 120-day booking window opens.

The 2 most common meet-and-greets are Princesses and Frozen with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. Concierge can book these tickets for you. If you cruise is a Star Wars or Marvel cruise, concierge can book those ticketed activities also.

Book ahead beverage seminars will be available to see when the 120-day booking window opens. There may also be some available to book once onboard. The concierge can do those reservations. Scott's DCL Blog has a number of navigators from previous cruises so you can get a sense of what has been available in the past. This is a list of possible offerings
