When to arrive at BUF airport on a Sunday morning?

I hope this isn't a repeat question (if so, my apologies - I'm happy to be refered to an earlier thread).
The good news: we've got the first direct flight to MCO on SWA on a Sunday.
The bad news: It departs at 7am.

I can't figure out when to head over. If I were travelling alone, I'd go 45-60 minutes ahead with carry-on only.
But, we've got a group of 4 adults, 3 kids, and probably a whack of check in luggage. And will probably have to eat breakfast at the airport since our hotel buffet starts at...you guessed it!.... 7am :-(

Any suggestions? We have 24 hour shuttle service at the hotel so no restrictions there.

Last year my girlfriend and I also had a 7 a.m. flight out of Buffalo -- we stayed overnight at a local hotel the night before, and were at the airport about 5 a.m. The last place in the world I hate to feel rushed is at an airport......

We had the 7:05 flight and left our hotel at 5:30. Thats the beauty of the buffalo airport- small and not alot of time spent in lines.

I wouldn't want to risk getting in a long security line only 60 minutes before a flight. We quite often fly out on Sunday and sometimes it's only a 15 minute line-up, but the last couple of times it has been busier, security line of over 30 minutes. I would try arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes prior. Maybe I'm a little over cautious but the last way I would want to start a vacation would be missing my flight, or arriving late to find out they were overbooked, etc...
I believe the travel agents now recommend 2 hours prior to flight time, that might be a little over cautious?
