When to anticipate parade and show information

We are going to be visiting in early March. I know they are just coming out with the parades and shows for the holiday season. Any idea on when they might announce the shows and parades that will be going on while we are visiting? Also, historically, when do they release the dates for the Food and Wine Festival at DCA?

Parade and show information is released no sooner than 6 weeks before hand. But usually follow the same schedule throughout the year.
