What do you do with your stuff? We've easily got 6 hours between checkout and airport, where we could be in the parks. I'm going at a busy time of year, so I doubt they'll let me stay past check-out time. Do you leave all your luggage in your car? (I'm too scared to do that.) I realize each place is different, but in general, do timeshares have some sort of bell services as a hotel would for storing the luggage? If so, would you trust it? Other options?

Can you just ask for a later check out? I know if you pay a little at some places if it is not booked up I think they let you? Can't help to ask it might be worth it.

Also so places will hold your items for you.

Ask them if they have a place to hold your luggage. If it is a busy time of year, they probably won't give you a late checkout because the housekeeping staff is only there till a certain time of day and they will need to clean your condo before the next guests check in.

Some timeshares will store your luggage for a few hours until flight time. We have done this before with no problems, just ask the front desk.

I wouldn't hesitate at all to leave my luggage in the car in the Disney parking lots. Do you have anything valuable to pack? My laptop is the only thing I would be worried about, but I usually just shove it under the seat so it would be the last thing a thief would come to.

you can leave your luggage at the hotels if you want to.. they all offer that service.. Alternatively we leave it in the car.. we always ask for a late check out too.. I have never been refused one!

timeshares are slightly difference. if you are not the owner you can still probably leave it at the front desk.

but some timeshare charge their guest for late check out - now some don't.

but lots are going to charging their guest - and it is not cheap $50 every HOUR.

First, find out what the cost for a late checkout would be. Ask if they could hold your luggage, but i'd be careful doing that. We would probably leave it in the car if it was us.
