When the monorail is down....

When the monorail is down, does Disney immediately dispatch more buses and boats to get people where they need to go?? Or would Uber be a quicker/convenient way to get you going??

Buses are set up to replace the monorails, but not necessarily immediately. It takes a while for management to get their act together and pull buses away from their regular assignments.

And since they're not being dispatched by the computer, the buses can bunch up and leave gaps. It depends on the competency of the manager and dispatchers involved.
