do we give all our cards when the bill comes?
may be a silly question but I was curious if the plan would be on the main card or do my DD7's have to show theirs too?

How does this work by turning in one card per room?

Not everyone plans on dining together, so what would happen if the group with four adults dining together has a room card with two adults in it? If it all evens out in the end, does it matter which room the dining plan was taken out of ? Can each group take turns paying for the meals?

All the credits are on all the cards. They then come off all the cards when one is shown. So family members can be in different locations all charging to the room or using dining credits.
