When should we go?

I have been getting lots of good advice reading everyones posts.
Now I have to decide on the dates for our trip this fall. I need all the advice I can get. We deffinately what to miss the crowds as much as possible. We are planning 4 days at DLP and 4 days in Paris. I also love parades and would love to see Fantillusion, but would also have a good
time during Halloween Feastival. The following are our best travel weeks.

First choice- last week of Sept
Second- third week of Sept
third- first week of Oct

Which would you choose?
