We are going next year and want to stay on site club level. Our dates are not that flexible so I'm wondering how far out in advance should we book?

I'm afraid to wait too long and there are no rooms and I'm afraid to book to early and pay more than I have to.

If it matters any we are buying tickets separately. Dh is in the military and a Florida resident so I'm looking into cheaper rates anyway.

Thanks for any insight.

especially if your dates are NOT flexible, book as soon as they are available to book.

you can always call back and adjust the rate once/if it goes down.

Another question... since my dates are not set in stone, can you cancel a day in your reservation without changing your rate? I know at many hotels they make you rebook and you have to take whatever rate comes up at the time.

I'm thinking since I don't know my exact dates I could book a reservation for 3 nights. Can I then call and cancel 1 or 2 of the nights, keeping the one or two nights I want?

I'm looking to go in October.

I would think so.

Better to book too many nights and start dropping nights off. You pay 1 night's deposit..so, I can't see why it'd be a problem doing it that way.

Now..if you want to ADD days or change, that might be a problem.

Best to ask while making the res.

I have changed a res to arrive a day later, but stay a night longer and didn't have a problem.

The only time that your rate will change if you drop days is if you book using the Stay More
Save More rate. This rates gives you a percentage discount depending on the length of your stay.
