When should I go to Discovery Cove & SeaWorld?

Hi! I'm going to WDW September 1-21. Arriving late at Pop Century Sept 1, putting up my tent Sept 2 and will be going back to the airport early Sept 21. I will be going to the pin event on the 10th, 11th and 12th. Apart from that, I haven't planned anything yet.
I would like to go to Discovery Cove 1 day and Sea World 1 or 2 days with the Lynx bus. When should I go? Do you think the dolphin swim might be with less than 8 people if it's less crowded, or maybe we can have longer than 30 minutes? Any other advantages by going when it's less crowded? And when will it be less crowded when I go? Thanks for your help.

You can't predict how many people will be in your swim, and it doesn't matter if there is 8.
Everyone gets to kiss the dolphin, pet them, and a ride to the shore.
Then you can visit SWF and pet them in the Key West area.

We have always gone on Saturdays to DC because other parks are most crowded on Saturdays and DC limit the #of people they let in no mater what day you go.
