Actually, my son cashed out for the first time at mypoints on Aug.16th but has not received his webcert as of today. The points have been removed from his account at mypoints. When should he begin to contact mypoints or webcert.com if he does not receive it? I had cashed out once myself and I don't remember it taking this long to receive the actual webcert. Any help would be appreciated.
