When should I expect discounts for November to be announced?

Based on last year's dates, mid-July sounds about right.

But that was somewhat early and Disney has been announcing their discounts closer to the active dates this year.

I got a pin code on Thursday for free dining, various dates between Sept/Dec, I think the pin code is good thru Oct. I think the week you want might be one of the blackout dates (sorry, my mailer is downstairs and I'm not, so I can't verify that for sure)

The November dates for the free dining PIN code are 11/11-11/23 and 11/30-12/4. November 1-10 are not included. So I wouldn't expect that any public free dining offer that may come out would include the dates the OP needs.

It's jersey week and veteran's day weekend. Double whammy. I would be surprised to see any discounts for that time period.

Do you have AAA? You might find a room discount that way, although it won't be as deep as you were hoping for (20%-off, at the very most).

My PIN was good for November, but the dates started on 11/11. It is VERY likely that your dates won't be included in the free dining promo.
