When Should AP Rates/Codes Be Out For the End of August

I'm currently booked for FD but would prefer a good AP rate for August 9-22. Does anyone know when I should start looking for them to be out? Does anyone know when they were out last year?

Here is a link to historical discounts from mousesavers. According to the chart, last year the AP rates for the dates you are looking at were released June 18.
