When should 2015 PIN codes start going out?

Just wondering when the early 2015 PINs will start hitting mailboxes? Is it usually before or after. General public offer is released?

For the ones I've gotten lately, they have come after the general public offers have come out.

this week my husband and son have gotten ones that end December 23rd, please Disney, I need one for the end of January.

Last year we got a PIN in Oct. for early year times

My DD and I returned from Disney last September, 2013. Not too long after that, she received a pin for dates in 2014.
