When renting points can Renter make own Dining reservations?

I have a friend renting points for a trip that is coming up soon on the 180 day mark for dining. Can she make these dining reservations online or do I need to do that for her since she is staying on a DVC rental.

Yes. She can make her own dining reservations. She might need her reservation number. The dvc member can give her that.

She may have a problem doing the +10 days if she books at 180 days out. She should call Disney Dining and give them the reservation number to add those plus ten days.
