It's not indoors, but isn't the lower level of the Hungry Bear Restaurant covered?

Well Hungry Bear isn't indoors, but there's tons of covered seating on the lower level (EDIT: Eeee-va beat me). Same goes for the Tomorrowland Terrace. I can't remember if there's indoor seating at Rancho del Zocalo.

At DCA, isn't the Wine Country Trattoria indoors? Idk, I've never eaten there.

Yes, there is an indoor seating section at WCT.

There is some indoor seating in Wine Country Trattoria, yes. A lot more is outdoors, but Taste Pilot's Grill also has some outdoor seating so I think it's fair to call it a place with indoor seating.
