When is your school spring break?

Just thought I'd start doing some research. We are going Easter Week(the week before). I know typically this is a very busy time. However, a lot of schools are doing their spring breaks different weeks since Easter is so late this year. I would love to know when your school is having spring break. Just curious if there are several that will be doing a different week. Thus, making the crowd level a little lighter the week before Easter.

I have checked a few schools and here are some weeks that their schools are breaking:

March 21- 25
March 21 - 25
March 28 - April 1
April 4 - 8

So far our school is the only one actually breaking the week before Easter.

Thank you for your response. I'm hoping that several will respond. So far it sounds good that not everyone is off the week before Easter. Does anyone think this might help the crowd levels or will it still be super crowded?!?

My DS(5) kindergarten is off April 21st-25th. That's a Thursday to Monday??? When I was a kid, we had the week before Easter off. Maybe it's shortened because of all the snow days last year?

My spring break is 14-18, but i might go latter or earlier depending on when my son gets out of school. (he's in ohio, i'm in onatrio )

My son's is March 21-25. Mine is March 14-18. This year's passes run out March 16. Sort of lost about what to about that.

Here on Long Island (NY) most schools have off the week before Easter. My daughter goes back the Tues. after.

Our school used to be the week after Easter. This year it was moved to the week before Easter. I have noticed that many of the surrounding school systems switched to late March or Early April instead of the usual Easter time.

We are the week before Easter also, as are most of the schools in the northeast, I think.

We always have the first week of April, regardless of when the holiday falls. We'll be in DW (coming from No. California).

We just booked are trip, we are leaving march 9th-18th

Hopefully the crowds will be lighter.
