When is Troubadour Tavern ever open?

I've seen the baked potatoes at Troubadour Tavern come up in many "best food" threads, and always try to fit this into our extensive eating schedule when we go. But I've never been able to catch it open! Any tips on when you can actually snag a baked potato here? They sound delicious.

I don't know the days or hours. However, we at there on a day when there were no LK shows, so it isn't dependent on that.

Website currently shows it's open daily 11:30am to 6:30pm.

Yes, but those hours are LIES! I go by several times each visit and it's shuttered up. But maybe that's changed and it's now open regularly.

They've been accurate when I've gone by . But there could definitely be day to day last minute staffing or supply issues I'm sure. Best to check the app for the day in the morning to see if it's still scheduled to be open.

It's definitely open right now. It's a mobile order spot and I'm currently able to place an order if I wanted to.
