When is the last time the moderate hotels were refurbished?

I believe POFQ was refurbed sometime in the last 5 years, but I don't know the exact year.

CSR was completed in 2005

The POFQ was refurbished in 2003, it was closed after 9/11, the refurbished and re-opened in the Spring of 2004.
I think that the POR was probably done in 2004 or 2005

CBR was totally closed at the end of 2002. They do ongoing work at the resort and replace bedding, etc. in sections.

I do not think that there is confirmation on the rehab as yet. Buzz2001 has indicated on his website "CSR is slated for possibly room rehabs in 2008".
It certainly seems as though it would be due for a rehab, the resort is 10 years old.

I wonder if it is only certain areas of the CSR. We were there in September and stayed in Casitas and with the exception of a few minor knicks in the furniture, everything else looked fine (paint, bedding, etc.).
