When is the Flower & Garden Festival 2005?

Hi,
We're thinking of going to WDW next spring and would like it to coincide with the Flower & Garden Festival (but NOT with spring break, if possible).

Does anyone know what the dates are for the flower and garden festival? Are there any DVC resorts that are walkable to Epcot besides BWV? We may choose to stay at OKW again, and just use the busses, but it might be fun to try something different.
